Contributes to Imagenetics initiatives including but not limited to Sanford Biobank and Sanford Chip as well as other Sanford initiatives that apply. Assists with patient recruitment and enrollment in clinical and research studies or other projects. Advanced research position that involves a balance of clinical patient contact and data management. Ability to organize multiple components of various clinical trials to provide investigational treatment for a variety of conditions and symptoms. Critical thinking skills and autonomy are necessary to perform the daily tasks that are carried out in partnership with the physician investigators and other members of the research team. An opportunity to learn daily and contribute to treatments of the future. Enthusiasm for learning is required as is participation in educating patients, physicians, nurses, and other personnel to the research process. Travel to clinic sites is required. Opportunities to travel for meetings provides for professional growth, as does working with local physician and scientific investigators. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of good clinical practices.


Adjusts to new or changing assignments, processes, and people. Assists in detailed project plans including cost, schedule, and resource requirements. Delivers written and oral communication, responds to questions and concerns, and produce specific outcomes and impact. Describes initiatives and strategies for locally relevant market. Educates others on multiple functions or aspects of a healthcare segment. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships within and outside of own area. Helps link organizational objectives to customer needs and expectations. Helps promote collaboration across generations, functions, regions, and levels. Presents a professional image, especially when dealing with customers. Provides appropriate degrees of attention to both personal and professional priorities. Shares information, thoughts and resources with other team members or colleagues.


A valid drivers license is required for driving to clinics and other Sanford facilities. Bachelors degree required. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
